Attorney
W. Adam Izell
Attorney at Law • Founder
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2009. He has spent over 14 years practicing law in Tennessee and Georgia courts at every level.
In 2013, Adam was admitted to the Federal Bar, gaining the right to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He subsequently earned admission to the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and, ultimately, the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
A lifelong Chattanoogan, Adam is deeply connected to the community. He is a passionate history enthusiast with a particular interest in the Civil War and World War II. He has had the extraordinary privilege of traveling to Normandy, France, with veterans who stormed the beaches on D-Day, an experience he considers among the most meaningful of his life.
When he is not in the courtroom, Adam enjoys traveling and spending time with his devoted companion, Leia, the firm’s Chief Motivation Officer and Team Mascot (see below).

Leia keeps morale high and stress levels low around the office. A beloved member of the team, she has never lost a case, primarily because she has never been assigned one. Her specialties include greeting visitors, supervising lunch breaks, and providing unconditional support during long work days.
Shaun Mursell
Legal Administrator
Shaun manages the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that every client interaction runs smoothly from intake through resolution. With a focus on organization and communication, Shaun keeps the firm operating efficiently so Adam can focus on what he does best: practicing law.
Hayden Murr
Legal Assistant
Hayden provides essential support across the firm’s practice areas, assisting with research, document preparation, and client communications. Detail-oriented and dedicated, Hayden helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
